I really don't want to throw it out. How risky is it to eat meat that was left out for 150 minutes?

It should be fine - just cook it as soon as you can and make sure it is cooked through. I have often left meat out overnight by mistake and I am still fine, despite being vulnerable to infections, due to other health problems.

If you cannot cook it straight away cool it down as soon as possible and store it on the bottom shelf of the fridge and then use it as soon as possible.

depends on the house temperature and age of the meat, bacteria doubles in numbers every ten minutes, white meat is more dangerous than red,as long as it is well cooked it should be fine, but remember, when in doubt, chuck it out..

If it's raw then it's not fresh anymore but you can still cook it.

But if it's cooked better preserve it by eating it up or store it in the fridge.

But always remember to cover it up when you want to leave it. You know...to prevent flies.

Should be fine if you cook it thoroughly or reheat it and then finish eating it or at least refridgerate it. You can even use it in another dish as long as you make sure to heat it up first.

What was the temperature of the room it was in? I dunno... I'd just feed it to the dog... (I've done that before). I figure that if she can survive after eating kitty litter poo, then she can handle meat that's been sitting out...

Was it frozen? Raw? Cooked? It should be alright. If it was raw then cook it.
