I can´t sleep well at night.. and I get depressed and have no one to talk to at 5am.. I don´t know what to do..I tried about everything I can to try and sleep and it didn´t work.... I wish there were 24 hour hotilines here in Brazil...

short version. stupid printer wont print without both black and color cartridges, a while back i ran out of color but not black, replaced color, only printed with black, now BRAND NEW color cartride is dried out. what can i do to save it?

and he usually asleep in the recliner so I wake him up and tell him to go to bed, he says I will, but falls asleep again I wake him over and over again and maybe 2 out 50 times a night of me trying to get him to go to bed he will- I have been doing this for a lot of years and I finally got tired of it and only wake him up a couple of times and if he doesn't go to bed I leave him in the chair- then when I get him up to go to work he yells at me for not making him go to bed- how do i change this situation before I lose it and go ballistic all over him???I tell him I woke him up and he yells "NO YOU DIDN"T" and I can't convince him otherwise- I have tape recorded it so he will know it is true but he won't listen to it! I feel like a freakin' parrot- "---- get up & go to bed"-- and 6 hours later" ----get up and go to work" It is insane and making me this way!!

my cafeteria has chinese chicken salads available for purchase, im trying to eat healthier and im wondering about the dressing, its a tangy and somewhat sweet dressing with sesame seeds, its think but not creamy. i have no idea to even guess how many calories and grams of fat it could have, the serving is about a 2 tablespoons. any idea? or any idea how i could find out? thanks

I have put up with this abuse ever since I was 9. It started out with slaps, now its with the pulling of the hair and being kicked (I'm now of the age 14). The mental abuse does not phase me much anymore (where as she says I'm useless, fat, stupid B****, or mean to my syblings in such a way she feels that there something wrong with ME! I have become an empty shell overtime. Though my friends (most of them) know what a physco she is (but don't know how bad the abuse is) Inside I am crying to be with my loving father (who I have not heard of in two long years). Sure my step-dad is a good respectful man, but he has not even scratched the surface of what she has been doing. I do not trust anyone (not even my dearest step-sister who is also abused mentally but to the minumum (sp?).) When I look at my younger half-brothers, I gag knowing they are the seed of that...monster. I am too smart to be thinking of cutting myself.Lastly I ask you to please do not pity me, I only ask of help.

I dont beleive our children from our strait society should be taught this is normal or acceptable , because my beleif is according to the bible adam and eve and I have that right with out being called narrow minded and so do children based on their parents beleifs, I dont think it is fair to teach a child to ever hate other peolple, but what is right from wrong and wrong from right, and I dont think these beleifs should be allowed to be pushed or taught to our children in our society it is acceptable just so gay people can get married, if their happy , let that be that, but I dont in no shape , no form think that kids should be taught in our schools this is normal acceptance, the day that happens Im moving me and our kids to another part of the world.

just keyed my car and busted my windshield after she broke up with me last night! she threw a lamp at me hitting me in the shoulder, I didn't do nothing wrong all I did was sleep with her best friend in my girls bed while she was gone and then she left me too, why is she doing such things!!!?
