I dont beleive our children from our strait society should be taught this is normal or acceptable , because my beleif is according to the bible adam and eve and I have that right with out being called narrow minded and so do children based on their parents beleifs, I dont think it is fair to teach a child to ever hate other peolple, but what is right from wrong and wrong from right, and I dont think these beleifs should be allowed to be pushed or taught to our children in our society it is acceptable just so gay people can get married, if their happy , let that be that, but I dont in no shape , no form think that kids should be taught in our schools this is normal acceptance, the day that happens Im moving me and our kids to another part of the world.

Let's put religion aside and look at this form a simple stand point.
The world is full of people and the following is true for EVERY person in the world: We all live and die. We all want happiness, we all want love. With that being said, we all need to have the same basic rights to achieve thoses very basic simple things.
Hiding/sheltering your childeren from things that really exist in the world won't make those things you don't agree with go away. I dare you to take a stand and confront the things (like homosexuality) that you don't understand and/or are afarid of, because lack of knowledge casues hate and intolerence, in the home, in the individual, in society.
It wasn't fair to me being made to believe that stright is "right". Nobody tought me about being gay. I grew up hating myself, I grew up forcing myself in to unwanted situations w/ men because, I didnt understand what gay was. I had the sense enough to open up and decide for myself. I learned to love & respect myself and my fellow man-- even the ones who don't understand me or think I'm wrong.
Good luck finding a place on earth where homosexuality doesn't exist.

You do have a right to believe what you want and think that you should. But so does the rest of the world. Homosexuality has always been around. What is normal? I would say that perhaps heterosexuals are average. Gay and Lesbian people have a right to share their live with the ones they love just like you do. You may not accept this because of your beliefs but not everyone believes like you do. Our society is not straight. It is a mixture of both. Get used to it. You will not ever be able to avoid it and neither can your children.

Nope the reason for my understanding is they want the same rights like we do as married people,Example if something happens to my husband everything goes to me ,,his life insurance his 401 k anything legal because we married ,now they fighting because gays or lesbians don't have any rights ,even if they get married ,that's what they fighting in the eyes of the law they have no rights like married couples .They want the same consideration from the law.that's the BUZZ lately.

You gonna hate me for this.
I wouldn't know about gay people being as mischievous as you depict them. What I know from experience is a number of straight couples aren't bringing up their children in the so-called normal or acceptable way. Just look at everyday's hatred around you. Were these people ever brought up by gays?

No, they want to get married so that can have the same rights straight couple can have. The right to hold their partner's hand when he or she is on the deathbed in the hospital, the right to health insurance and so on. Homosexuals just want to be able live their lives as any other human being.

Just as you have the right to push your religious beliefs, others have the right to push their beliefs. By the way, look a little closer at that bible. 'Judge not lest ye be judged", "Let he without sin cast the first stone' , "Love thy neighbor", "Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us". Any of this ringing a bell?

I don't think its a matter of learning so much.
A kid does not learn to be gay.
