I'm look for good Rap/R&B songs that are not over produced, have original music (not a bunch of sampling), and don't revolve around the themes of getting rich and/or getting laid, can you help?

Absolutely. A great song that fits that description would be "The Train" by Outkast off of their most recent album, "Idlewild". Outkast kicks away from the mainstream more often than not, although, obviously, some of their have become top pop hits. This album though was released pretty much under-the-radar as a soundtrack to their movie, and this song, "The Train" is very refreshing in its message, style, and groove. Check it out, I think you'll really like it

My favorite R&B cd is Brian McKnight's "Anytime". I have sentimental reasons for loving it so much because it was given to me at a time when I was falling in love with a special someone.

Since rap isn't music, it really isn't a song, so no I can't recommend anything.
