ok i got this thing on my computer and it was never there b4 so i went to add/remove programs and i saw that it says command and network monitor and it says it rarely works/ but when i try to remove it a pop up says are you sure to remove network monitor ? removing this application may cause dependents to stop functioning. wat should i do? should remove both command and network monitor? PLEASE HELP if you've had this please i really need help and plz give a complete answer that answers my question!

I know that my husband never takes off his silver wedding band cause he bitches cause I can't wear mines to work.I know that he's playing mind games with her to.How can I let her know that it's fine with me that she's in love with my husband and that she can have his *** cause I've put up with his **** far too long and would like to wish her the best of luck.This way they no longer have to hide their true feelings for one another. Any advice will do.

I'm 80% sure she is ready for the next step, the engagement, after almost 1 year of dating. She is 28 and I'm 32 (we are not teenagers). Can you suggest sublte ways of finding out that she is 100% ready? I dont want to ask her straight forward, if you know what I mean. Also, what are some sings that say she's ready? I know 80% is already very reassuring, but I'm afraid that if she is not ready, I might just scare her off.

This week I was asked to leave the company. I was serving a 3 month probational period and just covered 2. I was aware that during the period it was far to be fired, than if I hadn't served it. however, one of the document given and signed by me stated that something like; during my probational period I must give one weeks notice to leave, or must b egiven one weeks notice if asked to leave. aftwer which this comes to 1 (or maybe 3) months.
My point here is: is having been asked to leave that very second after my meeting a breach of contract, or if not a 'breach' - was this action done the wrong way? is this the correct way (does it deopend on company policy)?
what options could i take now regarding the issue?

p.s. i was fired for being late more than once during probation.
