I wouldn't do either. You really don't have the compexion to do them.
If I were you I'd consider bleaching the top of your hair. Then a small layer of that blonde (underneath) could be colored a blue or green. I think that'd look a lot better.

Dying damages hair. What if you dyed it black or blue then you decided that you didn't like it after all. You would have dry, frizzy blue hair. Your pretty! Why mess that up? If you want to express yourself paint your room or color a picture.

If you color your hair a dark color like black, you will look like a ghost. I know from experience. I am blond and went black. It was supposed to wash out in 12 to 24 washes, but it never did. I had to pay a professional to strip my hair and recolor it to my natural color.

I think you should dye it black and blonde, hey you only live once make a bold statement. Plus its hair it will grow out evenually. Whatever color you choose make it match your personality. Good Luck!
