Hi, you have not given enough information to give a detailed response. Firstly, it might be worth getting checked out by your gp to eliminate conditions such as coeliac which can cause bloating. If nothing turns up at the docs have a food sensitivity test. You can use activated charcoal to get rid of the gas in the short term. Start taking a good quality probiotic supplement with a range of bacteria. Don't use the drinks from the supermarket as they are unreliable. My choice would be Lamberts, Higher Nature or Nutrigold.

Depending on how bloated, or how painful... exercise.

Exercise promotes gastric mobility, allowing you to pass that excess gas and waste that is causing the bloated discomfort.

I usually lay down on my bed flat and just rest to settle it, take some Pepto-Bismal and drink a lot of water, it clears out your system and makes you feel good.
