Wow....Okay......That's never happened to me. I'm 16 and I'm a virgin, but when I masturbate all that comes out is just the regular sperm stuff, no "precum".

actually "precumm" is designed to clear the urethra for the semen to follow since any traces of urine will kill the sperm in the semen which is why it is usually clear.

It's the fluid produced by the Cowper's Gland and helps transport the sperm.
Some men produce lots while others hardly any. It's not a problem if you don't.
