I have lower back trouble so I have to watch what excerises I do. my husband left me for another woman. He has had me stressed out for years from cheating and I know they say stress plays a part in belly fat. Does that belly fat diet pill really work? I tried Diets, Gym and drinking water. The pouch doesn't seem to even be affected by any of it. Please help me.

I know, i know its terrible to stop taking medicaton of any sort so suddenly, a bad decision, but the deed is done.. But im not sure what kind of symptoms i should be feeling right now. I feel differently, i guess....but that could just be me knowing that im not on meds and thus noticing every little thing. Basically im just very confused...should i start them up again? what should i feel now? has anyone done this?

My mum, brother and i all share a room while my dad has one for himself as he snores really loudly and he doesnt want to disturb us. This might seem perfectly normal to you but i always get this feeling that he is lonely deep inside. He works very hard for my family and always comes home late. And most of the time when he comes home, my mum brother and i are talking in our room. And since he plays the guitar, he always brings it into our room as a way to spend time with us i guess. I ever asked him how to stop his snoring issues and he said that the only way is to go for surgery. As a daughter, i wud really wan the best for my dad as i love him alot and i think he's really lonely. Sometimes i feel like askin my dad to go for the surgery but im scared of how he will react. Just imagine... After a hard day of work, u enter ur room, shower, and get stuff done without seeing ppl. Doesnt that feel as if u were never married and never had children? Tell me what to do. =(

I am talking about Indian Cuisine, and he is vegetarian .. somehow I need to learn cooking first (I have never entered the kitchen in my life except to make noodles) .. but now we're all of adults and I feel the need to know all a home-maker does .. In about approx.3 months or less, he'll be here.. and I want to make all kinds of dishes for him.. Do you think it's possible? My friends suggest I first start with cutting up the vegetables (God help me) .. But do I go for cooking classes or best, learn from my mom and aunts???

Non-veg cooking has greater varieties but, my luck, I have to learn Vegetarian varieties ... any suggestions??? Please help ...........

Does any government have a "right to exist"? Can states or governments have rights? Or can only individuals have rights? Can groups of people have "special rights" based on their membership in that group that other individuals do not have, such as the "right" of Jews to have an exclusive state just for them? What if other ethnic groups tried this? What if blacks or whites declared that they had a "right" to their own exclusive state that non-members of their group did not have?
