drinking is no way to go, time and distance worked for me, and lots of help from others. must accept the truth, and see reality, which is hard when we love someone, hard to think that they could do that to us. the pain takes awhile to get past. the feelings u are having now are quite normal when ones faith has been shaken to the core. u can help this pain by choosing to respond with faith in yourself and the mysterious workings of the unseen world.

In order to do that, you must first stop the drinking. Alcohol is a depressant and will only flare the feeling of emptiness.
Try sticking around with your close friends, they will not let you fall.

WOW it always worked for me Unless you are drinking alone in that case you would only make it feel worse. I dont know Hug a teddy bear or somethig then crawl under a nice warm blaket and get some sleep.(tell yourself it will be better tomorrow)

You go to bed, get some sleep, and then face the cold hard truth, then, it heals in time, you meet someone new, and a cycle begins again. Such is life.

Keep busy, and occpy your mind with positive thoughts. Hang out with people who are understanding and help you to feel better, and distract you from your sadness. And, yes, eventuall time will wear away the sting, and you will be fine.

You cannot make someone love you. MOVE ON....they did you the biggest favor of your life, and actually, for the MAJORITY of your life, you are going to agree with this opinion.....

Keep yourself occupied. Drinking will just add to your problems and it might mess w/ your health.
