Body language can make or break your presentation. I great speech made from someone who does not look at the audience or who leans back with arms crossed will NOT be effective at all. It is better to give an OK speech with great body language.

Make eye contact with members of the audience.
Move around...casually walk to a new spot for each point you are making
Use note cards if you need them, but do not keep an exact copy of the speech in front of you. It is too hard to keep your place and makes you sound too rehearsed.
Use normal hand gestures you would use in conversation--no stiff arms hanging down at your sides!
Wear comfortable clothing that you won't have to keep adjusting.
Smile!
Have fun!

A lot depends on the type of speech you are giving, and to whom you are giving it too. I agree with the previous answer of making eye contact, but I also think that "sounding rehearsed" can make for a better speech (because you know exactly what you want to say) than simply looking at note cards and potentially fumbling for the right words. You should know exactly the right words before hand. (If you are really good at improvising, this might not be so important, but honestly, most people who give presentations are not.)

Moving around isn't absolutely necessary for a good speech, but in some contexts, it certainly can help you better communicate with your intended audience. Don't be afraid to elaborate with big hand guestures and body movements if certain points you are making can be better communicated with those.

Don't forget tone of voice either. Although technically, that is not body language, it can make or break how well your presentation comes across.

Self expression of the self with knowledge or self lack of knowledge.
We can't control it.
But we do express it.
It's others who read your expression.
Will know whether you are successful in worshiping God in planet of apes.
Or idol worshiping The Mummy from the graveyards with ghostly kitchen's ghost stories and ghostly modern history of failures and horrors of the past in planet of apes.
We do not even know that we are making a monkey out of ourslelves like those in MTV.
Thought it were a good show.
Once we master our creator's universal communication system than we can see the mess we created for ourselves without realising it in planet of apes.
That is what worshiping God is all about.
Not in praying and praying with nothing happens but living in misery in planet of apes.
