On the telephone the employer said he wanted to discuss seperation. I then filed the Federal Medical Leave Act. The employer says i am not elligable.
Question: Do you think in a court of law with a perfect employment record, 128% of quota, no write ups, ect. A jury would say, I was fired for retalation in needing ACL surgery? Or the employer is just.? Please let me know

When I fight people in my dreams I will literally punch, kick, elbow, head-butt...ETC... sometimes hitting objects or people. I dont know what brings it on but its starting to happen more often. I know I must have issues ;)- but has anyone else done this or heard of it?

Here is the situtation.

I'm in College General Physics. I have a professor who is off the wall 100%. In the past I have studied my *** off, went over review questions during review sessions my professor and tutor had put up (I went to every single one so far). So far every exam landed a class average of a 40!!!! He always put something on the exam that we didn't review or even emphasis! Fortunately, he puts the C on the class average. Now I'm nervous in getting a bad grade and it's getting on my way. I know the best way is to don't worry about it and put it aside, but my Science GPA will get messed up if I do bad in this class... plus I have to take him next semester. I've been studying, but I'm getting really nervous.

I share a pathetic small room with my younger sister. It is really small until one can only walk the perimeters of the room. In addition, i have to endure her super irritaing cough ever night. Of course, i can't sleep properly at all. If i ask my parents about my problems, i will be very selfish in the sense that i want to have the room to myself. But i desperately need my own peacefulness and privacy to concentrate on studies and own relaxation. I feel very vexed and irritated right now! Help please???

My babies daddy recently moved out. I have a 5 year old son and his behavior is starting to get out of control, it has gotten really bad lately, but it started before he moved out. he tells people he hates them, he says people are jerks, he used to tell his dad to move out and that he doesn't love him. He is only 5 but I need to get this behavior stopped asap! he is causing a lot of problems between me and his dad and there will be no chance to work on things if his behavior doesn';t stop. no i am not blaming all our problems on him, but he isn't helping anything. he also has terrible crying fits and throws himself on the floor. I have tried time out and it doesn't help. I have tried taking things from him and that doesn't work, I have talked to him nicely about it, that doesn't work either. Please help me!

Yesterday ESPN's Lee Corso said Notre Dame should play Michigan? Why? They lost big to Michigan. When some announcer mentioned Flordia, Corso said "Nah, they don't have the national attention that Notre Dame does". Is Notre Dame getting more credit than it's due because of pretty boy QB Brady Quinn? Are some people mad that he won't win the Heisman? Have you seen Notre Dame's weak schedule? Do people realize that Quinn's passing yards are because of that schedule? And just in case someone asks I"m not a fan of Flordia, Michigan, USC, Ohio St., etc. My team's not in the top ten. When i was young, someone jumped off our block and landed in a ugly mess on the ground floor.. I saw the dead body in a twisted form then in my early teens. Recently, i saw another scene of another suicide case at a block near me and following days later, i dreamt of strangers jumping off my block.. Help, i am tramatised and cant stop the visual image in front of me.. i'm my late 20s and very normal except for disturbing images appearing..

I am worried that the quality of the video will not be good.

I got it for $160. and plan to take it to eastern europe. I want to make documentaries to place on the internet as podcasts. But i want to make sure the quality is good enough for that. I know that it doesnt have the best rating for quality of videos, but I also know that when you view the video onine, it often doesnt have the best quality either.

Would you recommend this cam or take it back?
