When i was young, someone jumped off our block and landed in a ugly mess on the ground floor.. I saw the dead body in a twisted form then in my early teens. Recently, i saw another scene of another suicide case at a block near me and following days later, i dreamt of strangers jumping off my block.. Help, i am tramatised and cant stop the visual image in front of me.. i'm my late 20s and very normal except for disturbing images appearing..

How can i self-cure?

I would seek some therapy if I were you. It isn't that healthy to try to self cure. Get some professional help, you'll feel better for it.

I'm so sorry you saw those visual life moments. You wrote that those visuals still vividely ''play in your mind" ? You won't be able to erase those visuals from your mind but you can look at those events differently so your heart will relate different when those visuals return to your mind. Try this thought...Those suicides were obviously from persons who were in very much life and heart pain (though to take one's life is not the way to go...but that's an entirely different issue). Those persons took their life to end an emotional (sometimes physical) pain. When those visual moments pop back in your mind visualize those persons releasing themself from the pain of their life and visualize their soul releasing lovingly into the the 'arms' of God. Of course God will have a 'good talking to' with that person because they were not to take their own life, yet He is also a magnificantly loving God and what you saw was a person destroying their body so as to release their body to the other side and their soul is being guided on the other side. We see buildings being torn down, dams being blown up to create new water ways, does this visual of a suicide hurt more in that you saw a precious human body being destroyed...yes...but for the distress that the visual you saw keeps coming into your mind...maybe try looking at the visual with the eyes of your soul heart. You simply (though very uncomfortably) observed a human body, the 'shell' that 'holds' a persons soul, being destroyed...take your visual a step further and lovingly see that persons soul being released into God's 'arms'...that persons soul is being tended to on the other side. These bodies (these 'shells) are magnificant in that they 'house' our souls...to help you past this try and focus on the persons soul and visuaize them being lovingly guided and educated on the other side. Hugs to you.

This phenomenon is normal for post-trauma, and should fade with time, especially if you stop yourself when you catch yourself "replaying" it and think of something wonderful and normal and beautiful - or keep a picture of same in your wallet to look at.

Also, note the time of day that you experience this. See if it is the same times of day, and how close to a meal that time is. It may sound wacky, but when one's blood sugar is low (which happens about twice a day for normal people - and more often if one has a blood sugar imbalance), one is more likely to have flashbacks, day-mares and other obtrusive/obsessive thoughts.

If you choose to seek professional help, ask the psychologist/psychiatrist if they have had success with patients with similar problems in the past, or keep looking til you find one that has.

Self-cure is a bad idea.

If you're seeing this during the daytime, please talk to a counselor. There should be community resources to set you up with one at low or no cost.

This sounds like PTSD. I've been an EMT and seen some nasty stuff, so I sympathize. Talk it out, don't go all self-sufficient and wing it.

Try and find distractions to get your mind off of what you have seen. If this doesn't work, and you are still having trouble, you may need professional help.

Please see if there is a mental health clinic nearby that you can use. It sounds as if you are experiencing PTSD, post traumatic stress syndrome. The two deaths you witnessed are very disturbing. Talking about your feelings about this may help you.

I agree, you need professional help. But you might consider a good hypnotiist. Perhaps they could 'erase' your bad memories.
Good luck in whatever you decide.

You just have to tell yourself, that this is the way it is, and you could not have done anything to stop it...you are going to see far more terrible things in your life, unfortunately...You have to just pray for their souls and ask God to take those thoughts out of your mind...At least, that is what I would do...and pray for them. though Jesus..
