i have a yellow Composite Out jack on my laptop, not an S-Video out , and a few days ago i hooked it up to my tv and instantly had a duplicate of my desktop on my tv. now i dont have anything... i dont remember what i did, if anything, to change the settings, ive tried extending my desktop onto the second monitor in the display settings but every time i do and i hit apply it just goes back and keeps saying that nothing is connected, and ive tried hitting F5 a few times and still nothing... this is a repost... with a few details added. but can anyone help me and let me know what it is i need to do to configure my laptop to view it on my tv?

I keep getting a variety of messages such as: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Another time it might be "one of your discs needs to be checked for consistency" or "DISK BOOT FAILURE" or " A DISK READ ERROR OCCURRED" I might add that the computer is only a few months old. I have just had the hard drive replaced to so say cure this problem. I am just wondering what else it might be? I have to say that it does eventually boot up but there is obviously something amiss. Any thoughts please?

I am a 28 years old and currently have a job as a resource room teacher at a public high school in NYC. I am considering going to medical school in the next two or three years. I am taking some pre-requisites and boosting up my GPA before then by taking some courses in the evening while I work.

I'm also considering on purchasing a property in the South because it seems really affordable and I'm getting approved for a mortgage to do so. Do you think it is wise to purchase a home or condo NOW if you have these professional school aspirations (medical school) in the future?

Why is it that our Councils are still laying more of these damn things when they have not resulted in a drop in accidents? Barnet council removed all of them and accidents FELL by 4%! SO we don't need them they cause noise pollution,co2 pollution rises and structural damage to vehicles. Your views please?

I received this broken rib / floating rib about 2 years ago and never saw a Dr. it occured when i fell of my dirtbike. this floating rib is the very last rib by the belly button it is on my left side so the other side is fine.I can notice there is something wrong because that rib sticks out more than the other side about an inch more. I remember that i was in alot of pain it would hurt when i would try to laugh. im not sure but i think the pain went away like in a month or two. It dosent hurt anymore but it has never gotten hit hard like a football player would tackle me right in the ribs. Would those rib protectors be sufficient protection to play high school football. Are there any dangerous things that could happen to this part of my body if I get tackled there what is the worst thing that could happen.

Ok, first please don't tell me that the ring doesn't matter and only love matters. I got that.
He makes plenty of money and before we got engaged he told me how big and pretty my ring would be...so, I got excited for that ring!!!
Well, I got mine...its nice and everything...white gold band (that needs to be dippped every couple of months so it doesn't turn yellow)
And little tiny tiny diamonds all the way around the band..so itty bitty that dirt gets stuck around the diamonds and it looks black.
The center stone is less than a carot.
Its not impressive to say the least.I wanted something different and I understand that he tried but the ring is cheap and he cheaped out on me and that is exactly how I feel. He cheaped out on me. He has spent more money on himself this month than he spent on that ring.
I know that when I tell him I want something bigger and shinier its really going to hurt his feelings. How can I break it nicely? Thanks for your time! (my family couldn't believe it)
