When I fight people in my dreams I will literally punch, kick, elbow, head-butt...ETC... sometimes hitting objects or people. I dont know what brings it on but its starting to happen more often. I know I must have issues ;)- but has anyone else done this or heard of it?

Every dream that we get to see at night has some or the other meaning relating to the current situation of our life.Generally,we see what we think for some part of our day or we may have seen something on movies or on the road which had affected somewhere deeply in our mind without our notice.I've read in a book about the significances of dreams that we see.As far as your dream is concerned,I can say that you are having a tough time around and you are very disturbed in your mind.A lot of struggle is going on in your life and you are to fight out to get any result out of every job you are doing right now.Don't be scared!I think you need a break or a holiday out of your daily life. All the best!

It's more typical for guys to fight in dreams than it is for girls. I don't know you personally, so I have no idea what your "issues" might be.

Do you usually fight people you know in your dreams, or strangers? Do you usually win the fight? If you are just doing this random fighting thing and you are not getting beat up in your dreams, I would not be too concerned. However, if you are beating up on the same person over and over, or they are beating up on you, that might be cause for concern.

When you wake up after one of these dreams, do you feel upset? If they are not upsetting or disturbing to you, then-- happy scrapping, ya know? At least if you're only beating up on people on the astral plane there are not going to be any charges filed.

One thing you might try is doing some kind of strenuous physical activity before bed, and also making sure you don't consume any caffeinated beverages for several hours before you try to sleep. If you are tired before you go to bed that might help curb some of the violent dreams.

Naturally, if you see a trend that is disturbing to you, you should probably mention it to your doctor. If you are hitting your sleeping partner during sleep, or if you are thrashing around so much you fall out of bed or something-- yeah, you're going to want to talk to the doctor about that!

I hope this was helpfu!

It's been said that it's actually the emotions, not the actual actions, that are important to look at. Sounds like the obvious, internalized conflict, is a factor here. Are there people or situations that you are involved in where you're not standing up for yourself or being pushed around? That's usually been the case when I've had dreams similar.

Sounds like unresolved conflict somewhere in your life or that of someone very close to you....our brains "defragment" while we sleep. That's why you will often hear people say the way they live "lets them sleep well at night", or say "sleep on it" before making a big decision, putting it off for a day or two.
Otherwise, certain medications and/or food/drink in your diet are known to cause very vivid dreams. If taking meds, search side effects or ask your doctor/pharmacist.

In our dreams our subconscious attempts to solve problems we haven't been able to solve while awake. Often we feel we can't solve something or things are out of control in some aspect and we do things or say things in our dreams we would never do or say while awake. I have a reoccurring dream that I am driving and step on the brake and the brake fails. I keep my brakes in good repair so the dream is about something that I feel I have lost control of.

In dreams you are usually picturing what is going on in your mind at that time. For example this sometimes works. Before going to bed think about something till you go to bed. usually you will dream about the last thing you thought.

Maybe there is some anger in your life so your dreams live it.

Fighting is a no nonsense dream of change, and the dream itself will have to point to the area of your life that will be changed. This signifies a change in job, or a change of enterprise if you own your own business. The degree of change can be determined by how hard you fought, and if you won or lost the fight. If you dream of others fighting it is telling you to be more careful with your financial dealings, and watch your spending.

It is normal but if it is happening every night then that is abnormal and can be resolved by maybe trying to decrese the scary movies and fighting movies you see if any and if somebody is trying to bully you around. To fix this you must change your emotions. It has happened to me once in a while and my cousin once did it also but he puched his mother right in the face.

Inner pent up rage.

Get a punch bag and beat it before you go to bed.
