Help! I paid $900 on ebay and never received my parts. When i filed a claim with ebay the person i need to sue canceled her ebay account. I have e-mailed her and i have called her home and left her messages on her answering machine. She is ignoring me. Paypal was no help they only gave me $100 back. I was told i will need to go to California to sue her, I live in South Carolina. Is their any other way to do this? Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to loose $900 especially with Christmas being next month.

I bought two mutual funds in my general investment account, 3000 each in March 2006,

By May, mutual fund A valued $3200, I transfered $3000 into my Roth IRA

In November, I transfered mutual fund B worth 3300 for another mutual fund.

Do I have to pay tax on these? Thanks

I have been given the following:

You are to construct and test a variable voltage power supply based on an LM317L three terminal adjustable output voltage regulator. The voltage should be adjustable from 1.2 to 12 volts, using potentiometer built into the breadboard. The test load will be a 12 volt 960 mW lamp.

You will be expected to:
Verify that the transformer supplied for this assignment can supply 15 volts at 6VA by testing it in an appropriate manner (loading).
Construct a bridge rectifier, understand smoothing, and be able to specify the maximum voltage that the smoothing capacitor will have to withstand.

I know it's quite complicated but ... anyway, if anyone knows anything about it or any website which is related to this experiment, please don't hesitate to answer.

i am a 19 year old, single, childless, jobless, carless female. i graduated from high school early when i was 17 and since then i haven't been doing anything but jumping from job to job. i am being urged to go to college and i am taunted by my mother because my manic depressive personality won't let me keep a job. And when i do have a job i never get any hours for some unknown reason, and it never works out. my mother is ashamed of me because i am not doing what she thinks i should be doing. but sometimes i sit down and ask myself, "are there any 18 or 19 yr olds who have it altogether anyway?"
my family stresses me out so much about getting myself together that i forget that i am inly 19. i was diagnosed as bipolar so i've been dealing witrh it on my own. my mom just thinks i want to act crazy when its not in my control when my "episodes" start. she makes me feel like a burden and so unwanted. my depression is ruining my life and has been for 3 years! what should i do!

Okay, when I was with my ex, he was literally turned on my me almost all the time, and when I saw him again recently it was the same way... I recently was given a "Yellow" lab. She's a dark yellow/golden color. Her mom was chocolate, sire was same honey gold color as puppy. The puppy's eyes seem to be blue/green....is this normal? Would this be due to the chocolate genes?

Alright....I found out one of my friends is gay at the beginning of the year. I think I am bisexual (I havent told anyone) because Ive always found myself attracted to men, (and not in that normal adolescent way everyone talks about) but ever since I found out he was gay (through another of my close friends...she wasnt supposed to tell anyone) Ive become very attracted to him, and I think I like him. Ever since this friend found out that I knew he was gay he's been trying to become better friends with me and always tries to stand closer to me when we're anywhere together. He elso seems to like fooling around with me (I poke him, he'll throw something at me, randomly hit me, stuff like that) and he smiles/laughs whenever a look at him for a elongated time. I really wanna tell him Im bisexual/like him, do you think thats a good idea?/do you think he is flirting with me?

Has anyone seen kramers tirade on youtube? If you haven't you can go to youtube and type kramer racist and you will see the video. I was pretty shocked when I saw it. When I first read about it I was like wow, in total amazement. Do you think he was wrong?
