I buy publix brand.. so its farm gronw anyone right so i dont have to worry about mercury.(or do i). is there any other concerns?

Not really. Fish is great for you because of the Omega 3 fatty acids it contains. However I have heard that too much fish in too short a time can make you want to swim upstream and lay an egg.

Watch out for them thar grizzly bars!

You actually do still have to worry about the mercury. The only other concern I can think of is the bad cholesterol and fats. One other thing is if you are planning on getting pregnant and nursing anytime soon because of the mercury. It can cause birth defects.

Well no I dont really think so exept make sure you balance it with other red meats,so as not to get an iron deficiancy. I like tilapia,and I eat plenty of it. And I have had no problems.

There are no concerns about fish. The mercury scare is made up by animal rights wingnuts who don't want people eating any animals. Eat all the fish you want.

You can still get fat from eating too many fish.
