Take your right ear-lobe between your thumb (that goes behind)
and your forefinger (in the front). Then massage your ear-lobe very slowly in very small circles for about 5-10 minutes with your fore-finger and do it clockwise. You are the clock, so to speak. Be a little patient. And you will suddenly wake up the next morning, after doing this!!! Try it and you'll be surprised!!!!!!!!!!!

The reason you can't sleep is probably because you have so much on your mind and you keep thinking about things instead of relaxing and drifting off to sleep. First, make sure your room is quiet, peaceful and dark. Second, take a warm bath right before bed, drink some warm chocolate milk, and then climb in bed with a good book. just put a small reading lamp on. When you start to get sleepy, turn off the light and lay down to sleep. Let your mind go blank, or think of what you were reading, and nothing else. You should sleep better then.

Avoid caffeine or anything sugary at least a few hours before bedtime. Do not exercise right before bed. And relax, don't try to go to bed with a lot of things left on your mind. When your head hits the pillow you should be ready to stop thinking also. Make sure that your homework is done before bed so that you are not worrying about that. When I was your age I also had problems sleeping. Also, make sure that you are active throughout the day. Hope you get some better sleep!

I have a nightly ritual: warm shower, lotion myself down, warm jammies, and a cup of green tea. This always slows me down. Every person is different. But when I do this, my body knows that it is time to sleep.

just start thinking ideas, thats what i do, and i eventually find myself dreaming about them. ask yourself random questions like: what would it be like if I could fly? or what if i was the richest person in the world? once you start thinking and imagining these things in your head, you'll find yourself dreaming them!

watch out though, when i dream it's very hard for me to wake up and i always miss my alarm. but thats just me.
