Sounds like to me if you can't feel the love then it isn't there and there is no point in spending your life loving someone that isn't going to love you back the way that you love them, trust me on this, I have spent almost 10 years loving my baby's daddy and have lost a lot of good guys in the mean time because I couldn't see past my baby's daddy and now, it may be too late for me, well, maybe not, but one of these days that right one will come along.

same problem with me, I get same answer from my partner, although we are engaged, he does not talk about future together or anything. But it may not be lack of love, it can be something else which is bothering him and may be he is not a very strong and confident person. If you love, you love, no matter whether you are reciprocated or not, that is why it's called love. I believe if you love someone earnestly, he will definitely love you back. You may need to make some space in between and make him a little insecure about you, if he wakes up from taking things for granted then he was always there. Try to bring in someone in between very tactfully and see whether he feels jealous...

It sound like this person either doesn't love you and does not want to come right out and say it, or, just does not know who or what he wants in his life and his future. Love cannot be a one way street, it needs both parties to give more than they expect to receive. If that cannot be realized, then don't let yourself get hurt any more and put an end to it.

Sounds like he's scared to say those words. Either give him time or move on.

Let him figure everything out.
If you don't think he's worth the wait, then move on.
