Is just condoms and spermicide enough not to get pregnant, if used by carefully following the instructions?

No contraception is ever enough. The best method is to just not have sex.

Codoms do work, yet there can be the one time, it doesnt. As for Spermicide...it may work. Again its all taking chances. Get on a birth control, and see how that works for you. Im on that method and am not pregnant. I have a medical condition Chrones, and take heavy drugs so I use safety againts risks of pregnancy. I would never want to take chances with my babies life.

If you dont want to use such drugs, than Condoms would be your safest bet. Just never skip a condom or else you may get pregnant.

For the most part yes. However there are those rare occasions where woman have gotten pregnant using both. Make sure you know your cycle and when you are "supposed" to ovulate. You might not want to be sexually active during this time. (just for the extra protection.)
