1. "One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest" - There are quite a few in there, you'll have to watch it or read about it, to pick out an exact one.
2. "Girl Interrupted" - Borderline Personality Disorder and suicide. There are many characters in this movie, so this is just an example. I'd suggest watching it, it is very informative, and the actresses do an excellent job of bringing these various psychological disorders to life.
3. "Rain Man" - Autism (Pervasive Developmental Disorder)
One more for good measure:
