I tried this once before and realized I needed to fine tune my question (didn't really get the kinds of answers I needed). Please read through to the end of these details!

I am looking for help finding recipes for casseroles that can be made ahead of time, then frozen and reheated in the oven.

We have a freezer, so ideas on how to prepare them for the freezer, and then how long to reheat them in the oven would be ideal. We don't use a microwave (don't have one, by choice).

We don't eat pork. We also don't eat a lot of processed foods, so recipes that call for canned soup, canned veggies, frozen "tater tots" will need substitutions.

High-fat recipes are AOK (if anything our family needs to eat MORE fat)!

Right now we have a lot of dairy (cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, milk) that I can't stomach at the moment (we just found out I'm pregnant) but don't want to go to waste, so recipes that include dairy ingredients would be a bonus!

Symptons:
Ever since the beginning of the new school year I have been having problems with gym class, P.E., whatever you call it. After about 10 minutes of exercise I start feeling dizzy, deoriented and I have a painful headache.
Info:
I am in 7th grade.
I started getting my period around the beginning of the year, same time as the problems appeared.
I have never been good at gym, but I never had these problems either.
Also, we have a different gym teacher this year, could the more intense exercise be causing it?
We have gym twice a week, 45 minutes on Tuesday and 90 minutes on Thursday.

I would appreciate any information anyone can provide.

I got a five-year ex girlfriend, very pretty, small bulit, stay together but she is definitely not those ... got a boyfrd now. Broke up just after army when working two jobs, hoping to quickly complete degree and save for marriage while studying too. I need to open a door at our office about once every 10 minutes. In order to get there I walk about 20' over a carpeted floor.

It seems like everytime I touch the doorknob, I get blasted by a static shock.

I work at Client A through company B(my company). The company B doesnt have any contracts with Client A but they have a contractual obligation with me ,preventing from joining any of their clients. Now since the client has no contractual obligation, he is trying to offer me a job which I am very much interested (due to good renumeration and other stuff). This has happened to other ppl in my company and they didn't have any problem but since I feel i am a underdog, just wanted to know whether my company can sue me and prevent me from taking the offer , I work in d.c

When I try and enter that equation as a Y1= I just get a straight line vice a curve as the graph in the example depicts. What am I doing wrong?

My friend has an online friend that wants her to fly to visit him across the country. He doesn't want her to talk about him to her family or friends. I think it's a bad idea, but she says they are "soulmates" and she wants to go visit him.He refuses to visit her, meet her family or friends, or "allow" her to bring someone with her to visit. He also does not want her to stay in a hotel, and says that is a waste of money. I am the only person she has told about this, she is afraid her mom will not let her go, even though she is legally an adult.
