When the New Testament was being pulled together, this book was almost rejected by the "official" canon, and was noted as disputed by others....was almost rejected again in a later vote; and finally was declared by Martin Luther to be "neither apostolic nor prophetic".
Why is there such an obsession with a book that almost was never included in the Bible, is so different from the other books John supposedly wrote, and was rejected by many early influential Christian leaders????
