My guess is that the Simpsons sketch in Moe's was based on the Cheers sketch where Norm and Woody try to stump Carla with rare and exotic drink recipes. Norm comes in and orders a "Screaming Viking", and Carla retorts, "Would you like your cucumber bruised?".

Apparently now both are real recipes, see below...

Well since Homer actually invented it and told Moe about it - I would think it was made up, but if you find one let us know if it is good!

it came from a simpsons show and is not real, but i'm sure some collage bar somewhere has invented one

I doubt it. Isn't it made with cough syrup and just because you blow on it, doesn't mean it will go out. That stuff is flammable.
