Please help,my friend was raped????

Okay heres the story:On halloween night i stayed in one of my best mates house.My other best mate was supposed to be stayin' with us but she wasnt aloud because there was no room in the house.
Me and my mate went out that night and found out that our friend who was supposed to be stayin with us was callin us sneaky bitches etc so we called her a tramp etc.
The next day she rang us and burst out into tears on the phone.She said she was walkin down an alley way when two men attacked her,she hit her head off the wall and is now in hospital.The 2men raped her.She is only 14,she didnt tell her mam and is now stayin in hospital because of injury to her head.What can i do???my other friend and me feel like its our fault because she wasnt with us that night when she should of been.If she hasnt told her mam how can she report it to the guards??Plz help.thanks

First, it isn't your fault she got raped...don't beat yourself up over this or you won't the the friend she needs for support. I'm sure she doesn't blame you.
Second, she needs to tell her mom, hopefully she told the hospital so they can do a rape kit and if everyone is really lucky the perps will already be in your system and they can be arrested and prosecuted.
She needs to tell the cops YESTERDAY!!! Its too late for her to be safe from them but she needs to keep this from happening to other girls/women in your area.
I know this takes a lot of bravery but go see her and tell her how important it is that she tell about this rape. Be her friend, she is going to need you. Talk with her about rape crisis counseling...she should have already spoken to someone about what happened but it doesn't sound like she did.
