I view my future step son as a real person, and a good one at that, who tries very hard for people to like him. And he's a smart kid. I tell him that I think that. I also let him know I care about him. I try to enforce his father's (My fiance's) rules. If he does something bad, I go with what his father says is the correct way to handle it. And his father has the final word on everything. If I don't feel the punishment is right, then I bring it up with him and not our son. I also try very hard to remember to support his son, and make him feel like he can do right. Am I doing this okay so far?

My hair is straight up until the very tips, where it curls. I find this annoying. Is there any way to make it look naturally straight without using a straightner or gel?

...in a positive or negative way?

I don't wanna hear about the first time you did "woohoo", or got drunk, or any crap like that...
Maybe it wasn't a big, "lightning-bolt" kind of thing...maybe it happened over time.

Not trying to make conversation--just taking a survey, about life-altering events.

Is it just me or does everything today being blamed on religion? For some reason it got banned from school, took out of the pledge of allegiance, and everytime something goes wrong here religion is to blame.Take this Foley deal going on.His excuse for his actions was being abused by a priest. How many times are they gonna use that?I mean really now come on.Is it just me or does everytime one of them get caught something else happens to overshadow it.What happened when Chandra Levy got missing,I think it was Columbine. Now Foley, and more school shootings. Is it just a coincidence. Now i'm not a big believer in coverups and all that junk but something just isn't fitting here. What do you think?

Below are my questions:
1.What are the potential dangers of adopting adult Rottweiler?
2.Is it hard for the Rottweiler to recognise the new owner and accept his leadership?
3.Will the Rottweiler be kind to the children of this new family?

My family have experienced in handling dogs (GSD, JRT & MinPin). Most of them are small pet (except GSD), but I still respect Rottweiler, and feel that I should not assume that it is an easy pet.

Moreover, Rottweiler is a strong dog, and I wish to know more about the character, as well as behaviour before I start to have one.

Those with experience, please help.

Regards

46 years old. Single. Grown kids, locally. Living parents, 8 hours away. Excellent job that requires 80% travel. Parents need help and support. Kids need help and support. I feel alive in my work, am very happy, but could take a position either near my kids or near my parents and stop traveling. The travel pays mass extra, and the career opportunities are more abundant in this sector... But... We're the only family there is. I'm not sure how to prioritize, between myself, my kids and my parents. Any insights to offer?

How long were u in labor before they thought it had been to long and decided to give u a c-section?

I was in labor for 38 hours. I needed oxygen, and both our heart rates were dropping. The suction thingy didnt work, and I ended up needing a front to back episiotomy to finally get her out.

I have a few friends who had no complications other than the fact that they were in labor for over 20 hours, so they deemed it necessary to give them a c-section.

Why didnt they with me? We had our babies at the same hospital, around the same time. I'm glad I didnt have to have one, after all that labor, but doesnt that seem weird?

am sixteen years old and was "diagnosed" with RSD when I was nine. I've never met anyone who has RSD let alone knows what it is. Whenever I talk to someone about it, I almost feel embarresed because its like they dont think its real. I'll never forget the pain I felt when my own pediatrition suggested I was "making up" the pain. I had to give up my roller skating dreams because of what should of been a simple sprain. I feel like no one out there even cares. My own dad seems to doubt the reality of my pain. I was on crutches for a year, and then in a wheelchair for eight months before anyone could even tell me what was wrong. When I finally did get the verdict I was only nine so I really didnt even understand any more than I believe the doctors did. I've had three nerve block catheders and they seem to of helped. I really just want to be normal.

of the questions and came across a couple of answers that were interesting to me.

I want to know how many of you would find your mate unattractive if they put on weight?

Would it be a deal breaker?

Why? Because you are shallow, for health reasons, or something else?

I am in shape and I don't give a damn about someone being heavy.

I gave my husband a second chance and he cheated on me again. I left him...tonight he came over to my family's house and started crying...and told me that he would change...

I believe in forgiving...we have all fallen short and we all have sinned...

I know that adultery is grounds for divorce...

But...I wanted to know if your spouse has cheated (twice or more) how many times have you taken them back/forgiven them? And did they ever change? Or was it a never ending cycle?
