I am trying to write a proposal in English to my superviour and suggest him to do something. Please help me proofread the follong proposal I wrote. I just want to make sure he can get my idea completely instead of misunderstanding. Thanks a lot.

I have a proposal for you which is regarding the revising artwork. Based on previous experience, I realize that revising artwork usually takes three work long till it is completed. I suggest that we should outsource this revising artwork which means I had better find somebody who is professional at revising artwork. I believe that might help us save a lot of time revising artwork. Hopefully you can think about my proposal carefully and take my advice.

I am thirteen years old and i have light brown/blondish hair naturally. My mom let me get a few highlights but after i got them they looked too little. I am thinking of going blonde, not full head just like blonde on the top and brunette underneath (mostly brunette). Do you think im too young, and how do i ask my mom cuz she might say like "you are doing it cuz u just want to be blonde" cuz im not it will look good, everyone sez so.

I am pregnant and I am an athiest. I want my child to have the freedom to choose his/her own religion. My boyfriend believes in God but isn't a particularly religious person. Neither he nor myself are really interested in taking our child to a religious service, but would like to give them that opportunity. How do I go about giving my child the option to choose without pushing something on him/her? Should I just wait until they are old enough to understand or until they start answering questions?

It was played in the films Goal (the film about the Mexican lad who gets to play at Newcastle United) just before the big match and also lately in the film The Guardian. It's more of an instrumental song with lots of guitars and a man singing "da da da da... yeah I want you.." At least I thinks that's what he's singing. My bestfriend and I started to date and its my biggest regret ever. We were so close but it just didnt work out and we both got really hurt in the process. I really want to get over him and get back to being good friends again but seeing as I work with him it's really hard. We have a lot of the same social circles so it isn't like I can just cut him out as I'd normally do. I really do want to get back to being close friends but I realise this is going to take time....I just don't know how to stop thinking about him and try and move on from him in that sense....any advice would be much appreciated! xx

If raw meat (specifically ground chicken or ground turkey) is left out of the fridge too long, but the appearance is fine; if you then cook the meat until it is hot and well done, does that kill all the bacteria on it and make it safe to eat? Or should it just be discarded?

I love him and one day it can be like 'wow, this is so amazing.' he blows my mind, is a great friend, romantic, passionate, loving, great in bed lol. then the next day he can be making me cry. because i feel so much for him. because i think it's going to be that way the next day. i build myself up and he crashes me back down. gets upset with me over nothing, like if i come home late, or i call too much or too little. one day he was upset with me and the next day i needed some space because he talks like i wreck everything even over these little things. then the day after he goes 'obviously you dont want to talk to me anymore' but i so do. as long as he's happy. but he drains me for a few days and then everything is nice again.
