I am thirteen years old and i have light brown/blondish hair naturally. My mom let me get a few highlights but after i got them they looked too little. I am thinking of going blonde, not full head just like blonde on the top and brunette underneath (mostly brunette). Do you think im too young, and how do i ask my mom cuz she might say like "you are doing it cuz u just want to be blonde" cuz im not it will look good, everyone sez so.

yoo gurl im 13 and i think u should do it as long as u are 100% positive... are u polish?? cuz im german,polish,italian and mah hair is naturally like that.... i am blonde and then wen i flip mah hair its brownish

I think you are too young. Little highlights are subtle, yes, but make you very pretty.

well, if youre afraid that it would not turn out good, then dont try it. but, if you can imagine yourself with it and you think it looks great, then GO FOR IT!
