I am looking for a FREE personal budget program.
I would like one that automaticly adjusts itself,as you adjust the amounts of bills.
Thanks :)

I dont know about free but sometimes it's worth a few bucks (even if bought on Ebay really cheaply). You can try a free demo of Microsoft Money and if you like it, it'll be worth buying. Another free demo is of Quicken. Either program will do what you want it to do. The demos are free but if you find they do what you want, it'll be worth $3-5 for a full version.

A budget isn't supposed to adjust itself for your bills. You are supposed to adjust your bills so that you live within your budget.
