Ok how do I stop this guy from harassing me its been 6 months since I stoped talking to him and about 9 months since I saw him we dated for just a short time about 2 months.
He will not leave me alone for the first couple of months he harassed me non stop writing me emails,texts, calls, and trying to show up at my work and house. He finally stoped and now all of the sudden he's doing it again. He sends me emails at work and textes me. I want him to stop. I want to know how to? I dont want to go to court cause then we would be in the same room together but I want him to know Im serious and he needs to stop. Can a police officer go to his house and tell him to stop with out a court order? How do I block his emails at work?
I know this is alot but Im scared that he will try to hurt me!

I am freelance graphic designer and have two clients who have not paid me per our agreement (I have a written contract with one client and verbal agreement with the other) for services I provided to them. I would like to take them to small claims court, but do not know if I need to give them a certain amount of time to pay. It has been almost 5 months since I have finished the job.

Is it possible that l can forgive a family member for the emmotional pain they caused me but yet l just can't bring myself to talking to or even being anywhere near them, l moved as far as l can to avoid any possibilities of bumping into her. i was on the nintendo wii website and i found it crap it told you nothing about it (well i couldnt find it) im realy interested in getting it because of the games like zelda and mario and that red steel game looks real cool i wanted to get an xbox 360 and i know by graphics the xbox is way better but its the idea of the wii i like i know the thing can go online but can games be played online with it? because i want the xbox so i can play fps games but call of duty 3 is on the wii and it i can play that online ill love it ebcause i have seen a lot of gameplay videos of the wii and it looks like great fun to play somthing a bit new. well the main point is. what kinda games will be on the wii and what are the things you can do online? (like is it free and what u can do while online)
and apart from graphics and the kick *** controler what makes it different better/worse than the xbox 360

My husband has broken my trust over and over again. I have forgiven him every time because the lies were about little things that i could get over quickly. We have reached a point where i don't trust him at all and i am wishing i never married him. I love him so much and everything else about him is great, but i almost feel like i was dooped into marrying him. I am willing to stick with him, but i don't know how he is going to prove he is worth my trust. I feel like if i keep checking up on him and not finding anything then i will trust him, but every time i do find something. It is crazy stuff like emails under a different name. I feel like i don't know who he is. I do not want to leave him, but i know he will not change. We are starting counseling this week, but can anyone give me any other advice other then just biting the bullet and giving him my trust one more time.
