My husband has a court order for access to his 3 year old son one evening a week and one night at the weekend, his son comes to our house and has a great time and enjoys our attention (he has 2 sisters n 1 brother all by different dads). As my husband and his ex are getting on well at the moment (for now) she is allowing him to see his son pretty much when he likes. I think this is great for the father son relationship but my husband has started going to his ex's and spending time with his son on days where his access is not due playing, feeding and bathing him aswell as playing with the other kids instead of bringing his son to our home which I am happy for him to do. I trust him completely but just feel he should be spending time with his son and me rather that his son and his ex. Is this normal or am I wrong?

My partner and I have a cabin in a small town along the Washington coast, about a 3-hour drive from Seattle. We like to listen to the Seattle NPR affiliate (KUOW 94.9) but when we reach the coast the reception for this station fizzles out and blurs with another local station. Is there any way to get the KUOW signal without subscribing to satellite radio? Will installing an outdoor antenna guarantee reception? We bought a cheap indoor antenna but it seems to pull in the local station rather than the Seattle one.

I can't decided which I am. I'm having this horrible headache because I'm dealing with planing my birthday party all alone and it seemes nothing is working out and I know this has to do with stressed but I also think I'm depressed because I feel worthless and stupid and that everyone is mad at me so I just need someone to make me feel better. What can I do when a neighbor dumps their trash onto my property and then when the trash collector doesn't pick it up, won't come back and remove it? The police told me I would have to prove the stuff was theirs (e.g. name on an item in the trash). This person is leaving heavy, large items that obvioulsy would not have a name on it. Other than hiring a private investigator to prove this is happening, what else can I do? I have never been friendly with this person because they don't appear to be stable (mentally). I feel like my hands are tied with this situation. Any legal advice out there about what I can do?

I like to travel on the Blue Ridge Parkway on the weekends. There are many pretty views and hiking trails. However, there are virtually no restrooms on it, not even at the look out points. Many of the times, I am forced to walk on some hiking trail for privacy behind a bush or tree. I am curious how many other women have been on long car rides and were forced to pee somewhere other than in a bathroom? Exactly what did you do?

My friend's car was stolen in Texas 14 months ago insurance was filed and paid off the value which left her to pay th balance. She was upside down. The car was recovered maybe 7 months ago and the police had it towed to her house. She contacted the insurance company and they have yet to come and get their car. Everyone tells her to replace the interior and have it repaired as it looks as though it would only take a few thousand dollars to restore it to its previous condition. Obviously that would be pointless since she no longer possesses legal title to the car.

She knows it is not her car, but is there anything she can file to "inherit" the car since the insurance co has abonded it?

I have been reading blogs and writers dis the Bucs and praise the Wolverines. Checking stats, etc, I don't see placing Michigan in front of OSU. Against the same teams, the Bucs have done better. MSU is a good example. The Bucs stomped them at MSU and the Wolverines played close, and they were the home team. Is my opinion just biased a bit ?
