After installing Internet Explore 7 I have not been able to control this problem.

Tools >> Internet Options >> Secruity Tab

Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Select the Zone "Restricted Sites" -> Sites. You will be able to then restrict the URL of the sites that you don't want access too.

You can also use Content Advisor under Tools -> Internet Options -> Content and Enable Content Advisor ... select what you allow with it.

as mentioned by some other person u can go to tools then internet option then security. u can also download google toolbar and restrict sites
