My relationship with my husband is deteriorating with days..everyday we fight on the same issue and apparently for me he seems not to cares or just blind for christ sake..right now i'm pregnant..have pregnancy sickness a lot and as well very tired..we have a dog who is starting to get on my nerves..it's going too far and i can't take it anymore..cause i'm quite sick and tired of the situation..every night,the dog disturb us with her yapping and mourning cause she want to come out of her cage..everytimes we trust her out..she always destroy,poop or peep anywhere she wants..i'm fed up..i can't sleep at all at night..every single minutes..i have to tell her to shut up and have to find sleep again..whole night same scenario and it's repeating everyday..i work from 8am to 7pm everyday..when i come home..i'm hungry,tired and want to rest..she has poop in her cage and mess up ..i no more has patience to take care of a dog who is not hygienic at all..she just poop and peep where she wants.

There are two answers to the above question that claim "Christians are to follow the law of the land as long as it does not conflict with our faith", and apparently slavery does not "conflict with our faith".

I find it incredible that anyone would want to belong to a faith that believes slavery is okay as long as it is legal. But if a slave is mere property, and not a person, what is to prevent christians in a country where genocide is legal from embracing such a law and acting in accordance with it.

As one of the answerers said, "Slaves were property... same as pencils, computers, and CDs are today". I am free to destroy a pencil, and throw it away or incinerate it, etc. If slaves are no better than a pencil, what is to prevent such a christian from embracing genocide?

My wife has been constantly harrasing me , firstly financially, bcos she has not been able keep herself happy with my salary. secondly she expects my family to financially help me which i am against. she moreover harasses me over small issues by going to police station over small issues and make me go to the police station for an apology. it has been two years since and me and my wife find it very difficult to live toghether, she wants a divorce from me but wants me to intiate. moreover im posted at a very small place where there is only a sessions court. can i get my divorce filed there. im totally clueless about how to go about a divorce. also what is the procedure for divorce on mutual consent. also she might file a complain saying that I have taken dowry from her which is not true. I am spending my days in total trauma and feel suicidal at times. please someone help me out.

Hey there, I am looking for cheap gay (or gay friendly) accommodation in Brighton. (prefer hostel or something super cheap). I am going alone, so it would be nice to stay at a gay place, so I can meet people to hang out with and to go clubbing with.

I can't figure him out. I feel like if I say 'where do we stand?' that would be pushy.

- He has introduced me to his child and two of his family members (niece & nephew) as a 'friend'.

- He says he talks to his brother about how nice I am.

- He has a small beanie baby ghost that I gave him for his birthday on his desk.

- He called me 'adorable' in front of his buddies.

- He tells me things that he isn't suppose to tell me, deep-thoughtful things.

- Even though he doesn't like to talk on the phone, he will spend over 45 minutes per call with me; and will call me.

- He says to tell any guy I am interested in dating that he will be coming around so they won't be jealous.

Can you guys give me some opinions? Anything else I should watch for?

But how on earth could anyone really come to that conclusion (that i am all powerfull). Without God (my God is Jesus) I am nothing. One may try and deprive another of their Faith and that is called persecution, but the point is I have given my life over to God a long time ago and no matter how hard the persecution you can never truly take away God from the person who had surrendered their life to God and when that very God is Jesus.
