definately not, its a good way to find someone who you will be happy with, but maybe you should be more discerning when it comes to who you want to spend your life with....like figuring out what will compliment you?

...that you are not really into a serious relationship, because neither are these girls. (AND I wrote that before I saw the rest of your question - so it's true ..lol)
Someone serious won't be "that" playful. Maybe cute. NOT flirty. And if you really want free-spirited, you may just want to move on unless you're looking for an open relationship.

Do you want to be around people you "like", or do you want to learn about Jesus, the only name by which you can be saved? I was a JW for many years, and they will be your friend, until you become smart enough to stop trying to show them you are a good Christian person, by delivering their magazines for year after year, and not being allowed to have higher education...you think YOUR moms bad? Wait till you discover the truth about the history of Jehovah's Witnesses. If you want friends and fun, join the watchtower. If you want to become a true Christian, pray and ask the King in Command, Jesus, to show you the true way. The road is before you..make a choice that you know would make Jesus, the Son of God who was sent for you, happy. Blessings.

They are very good qualities just make sure that if she has a free spirit that you don't try to break it because I have seen that some people will say they love something about someone and then later try to change it.

Hardly, it sounds like that you look for the carefree type because you are afraid of being committed in a relationship. If you want to be a lifer, you have to change the quality of women you look for. Good luck!!
