I know a lot of people say this but I really mean it... I don't pick friends or partners based on their looks or weight. If you were a good person, funny, smart and all those other good things I would be happy to be your friend and would never be ashamed of you.
Honestly though I would probably be a bit concerned about you and want to help you to get a handle on your weight. Nothing wrong with having a few extra pounds on you just more of you to love but it does sound like it could be a real health concern now. I am also over weight do understand how you feel as I have felt the same way.
Anyway... I am always proud of my friends and partners other wise I wouldn't be much of a friend or a partner myself.

if i was you, i wouldnt just set there and cry ,
if you feel your weight is a problem , then try your best to lose some , get your self in shape, that should give you more confidence .
it will only be a matter of a few months of hard workout , and with the right food system, you will be fine.

I wouldn't be embarrassed but you should think of your own health. You need to think of problems caused by that much weight on a small frame. Embarrassment should be the least of your problems.

I am pretty close to you and lack in neither female or male company. If you don't love and accept yourself no one else will either. Accentuate the positive...always.
