From your phone's Internet browser, go to www.3gforfree. there you can browse through tons of ring tones, wallpaper and stuff, pick your carrier, enter your phone number, and they send it to you. This website works well with Sprint. However, if you don't have Internet included in your plan, the cell phone company will charge for time spent browsing. You can go to www.3gupload.com form your PS- you get so many downloads for a yearly fee, I believe. It could be different now, but its basically like that. As long as you don't send text messages to those fine print places that secretly charge 9.99 a month, then you should be alright. Samsung offers ring tones, etc . for their phone models. Even your cell phone company may offer downloads!
