so i'm like permanently having an anxiety attack 24/7..my stomach tightens up, my vision changes and how i view everything around me, i feel outside or disconnected with my body and mind, my heart races, headaches, get really hostile and start taking it out on anyone i come across..i just don't know how to make it all go away. i need some help, some suggestions.

Just I have discovered my vocation by the humanitarian work. always has been my think that ignorance is the greatest tragedy than the humanity faces. I think that one of the most beautiful gifts than God has given to us is the diversity. But all this I cannot do by myself. The guy at the dealership said there are some clips holding the glass insert in that I need to release but the area around the glass is only like 1/4 inch wide and I can't see squat in there. How do I get in there? He said if I just start prying it out I'll break the whole mirror housing but I really don't want to pay them to do it if it's something simple.

I am taking 300 mg of Welbutrin, 20 mg of Lexapro and I'm thinking about starting to take 100 mg of 5-HTP, L-Tyrosine, Vitamin B-6 and B-12, 30 mg of Ginkgo Biloba, 595 mg of Potassium Gluconate, 400 mg of Folic Acid, a Multi-Vitamin, and 1000 mg of Fish Oil Concentrate. Is this a good combination? Also, is there any other supplements I should take. This is a serious question.

I've never had a dog before, so I don't know. I've got a 4 1/2 month old Golden Retriever who had the sniffles yesterday and whose nose has been running (clear) for about a day. He played hard this morning but seems like he's acting very, very tired now, much more than usual. The drainage from his nose is more now, is thicker, and is a pale yellow color. Should I be concerned or does he just have a little bit of a cold? Thanks!

My daughter is 5 yrs old and this past 6 months I always yelling at my daughter. I tell her something she talks back our throws a fit. I have yelled had to spank her and I tried putting her time out. Can anybody provide me with simple instructions for making my computer connect automatically to the internet when my computer starts up? I have Windows XP, and a high speed connection via modem. Is it just a matter of dragging and dropping my internet connection program icon to the Startup folder? Or does it get more complicated? I would prefer not to mess around with msconfig.
