For Playstation one... I would have to say it is a tie Tifa from Final Fantasy 7. She has a great personality and huge knockers. Then Rinoa from Final Fantasy out because of her personality and attitude, plus she has the whole japanese pop idol look I like.
For all of video game history, I would say Aoi from Ai Yori Aoshi dating sim. I liked Aoi in the show and manga so since she is a video game I obviously have to pick her.
