Yes, But it is diffucult depending on what im appologizing for, If i bump into someone by accident, it is easy. But if i am appologizing for something deep like hurting someones feelings badly, or when i was in the wrong, its harder.

i rarely say it. i prefer to analyse and edit what i do and say way before i do it, so by the time i've done it or said it - either the person i was talking to has walked away (lol) or i'm not likely to regret what i'll say. . .
