my periods were usually heavy..and pads tat i use..overnite ones..i still had to change them quite often..2-3hrs..i'm so scared cos if i go to sch..teachers are known of not letting students go to de toilet..garrs..(they are 90% males)..do anyone noe of a brand tat really traps liquid?..in singapore pls?..thanks

have you tried ALWAYS, cuz my flow is heavy all the time too...and i'm not the one to be sitting on an old pad for too long!!!! try ALWAYS their brand is very good...and also i usually wear two at one time to protect the front and the back...you know what i mean??? but, good luck and be blessed...

Well wear a super super superdry absorbent tampon with a heavy pad too, insist that you go, the teachers should understand!!!

you might want to consider wearing an extra absorbant tampon along with a pad (just incase)....and if your teacher doesn't let you go to the bathroom I suggest you embarass the son of a B@^%$#^ by telling him you have your period and need to go to the bathroom NOW

Try using tampons, it feels a lot cleaner.

I dont like tampons they freak me out. I use kotex over night. They are really absorbent and they dont suck like always does.
