Conduit for surface mounted electrical would work. This is available at Home Depot. There are boxes, corners and other accessories. Bear in mind that you should not mix voltages, for example low voltage wire and household current should not be in the same conduit.

maby some of that plastic stuff they use in classrooms allot to hide that CAT5 wire for phone connections.

im an electrician so my first thought would be EMT but thats not a good looking type pipe.

more details would be great
where is this being installed, how long a run and all that....

They make a baseboard that has channels to run cables into.
