I rearranged the furniture and moved my tv/dvd-video player across the room. I disconnected and re-conncected the cable. Now, when I tried to use the player, all I get is snowy picture. I connected my sis's video player to my cable and it works fine. Any reasons why my dvd/video player isn't working?

Are there any instructions that will assist me in trying to rescue my cat from ther roof of my apartment building? It looks like the cat got up there by climbing one of the trees closest to the building. Now of course she can no climb down. There is a spot that if I sit on someones shoulders I may be able to reach her. However with the cat being spooked already, I have no idea how I'm going to get a hold of her. Further more if I do get a hold of her, how can I keep her from scratching me and/or causing me to take a fall? Any suggestions are welcome as long as they are geared toward saving the cat. Thank You.

I just lost my min. dachshound and am thinking about getting a larger dog this time. Any ideas on a large version so to speak of a doxie? I was looking at a Wiemaraner, Vislas, or Blue Tick Coonhounds, maybe even a Pointer of some sort like a German Shorthaired. I have a very large yard but it will have to stay in the house at night when I go to the lake. So the dog will spend alot of time with me on the road. Thanks for all your help!!! ; )

I just read this discussion that, 30% of Vietnamese have Chinese blood, 20% have Cham or Khmer blood, and 50% are authentic Vietnamese, but then they said that Southern Vietnamese are not authentic, but mixed, is there a way that I can tell if I have mix blood in me, or not, because both my parents are from south vietnam. About every month or so, my TV has turned off my itself, then about 1 second later, it turns back on by itself. After that, the image on the TV is simi-fuzzy.. and it's just messed up, but I can hear it perfectly. I'm not sure how old the TV is (it is pretty old, though.), but it's a "LXI series sterio monitor" (that's what it says on the TV ) ANY idea what this means??

I just finished watching Ron Howard's A Beautiful Mind. It is the story of John Nash, a Nobel Prize winner who was diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Is it possible that all human minds are not healthy? Is it possible that all Human minds are sick (in that they are not working as they should in a healthy organism)? Could this just be a matter of degrees (some of us are sicker than others)?
