The bible tell us what we should do and what we shouldn't

It also says to repent, pray.

It also says GOD is meriful and forgiving

How do we know who has repented, ask for forgiveness, ect.

How do we human's no other people real heart and soul enough to Judge them?

I know about the basic requirments to run for President (born in the U.S., at least 35 years old, and live in the US for at least 14 years), but what I want to know is what do you need politicaly to run. Do I need an endorsment from a major party, or can I just run without a party??
