I have heard Henderson is nice as well as Summerlin, Anyone know how Southern Highland area is? I found a house there we really like... I am looking for a nice area to raise our boys with good schools. My husbands job is moving to N.Las vegas so, I don't want to move TOO far from his work.

I live in the desert. This summer, it was 121 degrees. I may move to Mass to go to a college there. I've never seen snow in my life. Will I turn into an icicle and not be able to brave the elements?

I am planning on attending the University of Texas next year Fall 2008. I am moving from Kansas City, KS and I just want to know about the college, the campus life, and the city of Austin in general. If you could give me some advice or tips that would be great.

I have 3 children--ages 3, 11 and 16 and would like to move to a nice town near Boston so that I can commute to work everyday, but am not very familiar with the area. Any ideas on decent towns with good school systems? It also has to be somewhat affordable--3 bdrm up to $1300/month. Thank you!!!

I see a ton of them! They do not say Taxi, but come in a Taxi looking car? Are they skipping on the Taxi program and collecting their own money?

I hate hot weather, I hate cold weather. I hate changes especially in Wisconsin where today was 70 and tomorrow is supposed to be 80 degrees. I hate the wind chill during winter. Where can I live where there is only one season and it's 65 degrees all year round. I hate the changes in the weather. I hate to fry and I hate to freeze.

They just lost a viewer .. heh. From the beginning it was Extremely lame.. I cant tell if show is bad in general .. or if its also the bad acting. Either way .. I wasn't impressed.

I hope others like it though.. new orleans could sure use to good attention.

Tho they did make New Orleans seem much cooler .. lol .. They made it seem that .. if us locals aren't at a jazz show.. we're at our Plantation home.. if we not at our plantation home .. we're sitting by the river. .. if not there.. then we're casually talking in front of St Louis Cathedral .. if we're not there .. then we must be hangin out at a voodoo shop !

lmao

My parents and little sisters, as well as me and my husband will be moving to the Nashville area within the next year. I am curious as to which cities are the best to live in outside the nashville area, so i can begin looking at real estate.
My sisters will be in highschool soon, and i hope to have children in the near future so good schools, is a must! (I'v heard williamson county has the best schools). But i would also like to consider cities around Percy Priest Lake beacuse we love the water.

The following cities are ones that we have considered so far: Spring Hill, Fairview, Mt. Juliet, Ashland City.... although to be honest we dont know much about any of these areas. If anyone can give me advice or suggestions on the best cities i would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

(We currently live in the Memphis Tn area)

One of my neighbors found out I'm from Texas, and he thinks I'm Mexican because of that and that I'm an immigrant. No matter what I tell him, he still insits I'm from another country.
How do I politely tell him Texas is NOT part of Mexico anymore?

He must not have been paying attention in history class.
