The word hemisphere means "half of a sphere" so there cannot be 4 hemispheres of the earth. However, if you're talking about North, South, East and West then follow this link to get your anwer:

Western Hemisphere
It depends on how the globe is divided, either by North/South or East/West.
The US is located in the Northern, and in the Western Hemispheres.
