La Foccacia, Rosarios are in Southtown simply external of La Villita aspect of downtown. It's a little of a stroll however it's lovely. Artsy district so there's tons to peer. Sip has nice espresso and sandwiches. I could additionally inspire you to consult with the opposite missions. They are lovely regardless that take a little extra time than the Alamo . They make for nice portraits and recollections! If you head down Broadway there are a few nice locations to dine simply beyond downtown like Timbos for burgers, Tomatillos close Breckenridge Park and the White Museum for nice drink specials and queso ranchero (no longer at the menu however they make it on request!). San Antonio has a ton to present except the riverwalk. It's steeply-priced and crowded downtown some of the 12 months, however you'll discover pleasant men and women and scrumptious meals far and wide the town.

If you just can't decide on a restaurant, don't. Instead, go to the HEB central market where they have meals prepared and ready to take home, or you can have it warmed up and take it to the park nearby and have a wonderful picnic. I love to go to the HEB Central (on Broadway) and then go to have my meal with a blanket on the grass and a good friend at the Botanical Gardens. What a great way to spend a day!

I also like to go to Twin Sisters on N. New Braunfels in the Sunset Strip Mall. It's a wonderful vegetarian restaurant. Wonderful.

For breakfast I recommend going to the Pioneer baking company. They have a tour of where they make the pioneer baking goods and the resturant has great food. For lunch or dinner anything on the river walk is going to be good. They have Tony Romas, Hard Rock, Planet Hollywood, *****, Lone Star, Hooters and a bunch of other places. Have a great trip!

On the riverwalk there is a restaurant called *****. I recommend it just because it's fun. The staff is all very sarcastic, hence the name. If it sounds weird, it takes a minute to realize what's going on at first but then it's on! Check it out.
