My husband and I are moving from Chicago to Baltimore in the next few months. I plan to live in a suburb in between Baltimore city and Washington DC. I have a 4 year old and need to be near a good school system,and safe(r) area as well. Any advice would be appreciated.

Can Anyone tell me if they were in mtl canada when it had a freak flood in 8/1987?

i lived in mtl canada from 1984 to 1993 it was great!! i cannot seem to find any articles ie wikipedia to corroborate the event .

Is there a website whereby one may find out which county a city is located within?

For example: The city of Powder Springs, GA. I believe that it is nestled in Cobb County, GA.
