Actually I am a female and would like to travel with my husband. Currently I am having Saudi Ikama for family. I am not working in KSA. My husband is travelling to Kuwait and I wanted to accompany him because its a long trip and I will be all alone here. His company cannot arrange visa for me.

It depends on your husband’s Saudi residence permit. If he is under professional category and R/P is valid for minimum six months then he will get a visit visa valid for 3 months upon arrival at Kuwait. You can also accompany with him. No need a prior visa for both of you to visit Kuwait.

Yes, but it depends what kind of profession you belong to, and if you have work visa for same profession. If for example you are an accountant, you are eligible to have visa on arrival in Kuwait. Sometimes Saudi immigration officers do not allow you to travel, so it better to have documented proof with you clarifying your reason for the travel.
