Travel - 23 June 2007

I'm going to San Francisco in August. I was wondering two things:
+What should I wear on the plane?
+What types of clothes should I pack for five days there?

I will be departing from MKE in Milwaukee. I want to be able to be comfortable in my clothes for Wisconsin, the plane, +San Francisco.
Also, since I will be traveling to San Francisco in August, will it be mid-60s ish? Or am I way off?

I'm heading out on a backpacking trip for 6 weeks. I'm traveling via train mostly; however, I'm taking my bike with me. In addition, I'll be staying in mostly hostels. I'm heading east from Denver up to the northeast and into Canada ending up in Seattle. I plan on taking a lightweight sleeping bag, but heard hostels sometimes don't allow them? Are there anything I should be aware of? Things to bring? Not to bring?

My wife and I are planning on going to Vegas for 4 days and 3 nights, but we're wondering what to expect to spend on meals? We would be getting there on a Thursday morning and leaving Sunday morning. Some people have said they have "cheap" buffets and other people have told me that they aren't as "cheap" as what they make it out to be. We're kinda on a budget vacation so we can't just go wild so does anyone have an average per day food cost?

I remember somebody said when they go to Prague, the cheapest way to get there is to fly ryanair to a place in germany and its only 1 hour in a train to central prague.
I cannot rember the name of the place in germany, and ideas.

My husband and I are going to disney in september and got 8 day tickets with our package along with the free dining. I was wondering if anyone knew if i can upgrade my ticket to an annual pass once we got there. I am going again in december for 6 days and for 3 next june. I think they are the 3 big influential countries in Asia. - Have you ever been to all of them? Do you feel you need to more about them in order to really answer? I am planning a trip from Innsbruck in Austria to Paris in France, then back to Innsbruck..I am not yet an EU citizen and my Visa doesnt allow my to enter Switzerland, So it's gonna be via germany most probably :
-Is there a reduction for young person/student? How much?
-Is the a reduction for groups? how much? and how big should a grp be?
-How about Night trains? any price estimations?
