you can catch the bus at Roma St. transit centre
if you catch the 7 a.m. you arrive in sydney at 11:30 p.m.

Go to the bus terminal at Central Station to check on the range of buses and prices available. There are many different buses and bus companies going to Brisbane. Buses can be cheaper than the train which varies the price according to the season. There are two trains a day, the night train which leaves Sydney around 7pm and gets to Brisbane around 9am the next day or the day train which leaves about 7am and arrives in Casino in northern NSW at 6.30pm. The rest of the journey to Brisbane is by bus. At Central you will be able to check and compare prices between buses and trains and make a decision.

You could also try a train - Brisbane to Sydney is a daylight run, leaves Brisbane early morning and gets in to Sydney central later at night, so its slower than a bus but a little more comfortable.

Hi,
I lived in Sydney for 4 years and the best way to travel to Brisbane in via plane. Domestic flights in Australia are very cheap sometimes cheaper than buses!
You can fin good deals with the following airlines: Qantas, Jetstar and Virgin Blue.
If you want to take a bus you can take a Greyhound bus which are quite good too.

There are many different bus companies going from Brisbane to Sydney. Greyhound and Firefly are two of them but there are others.
